The hotel rooms were gorgeous and huge, featuring the most amazing deep Japanese bath tub and elegant furnishing. However, the embarrassing situation with the glassed-in bathroom that could turn opaque was a downside. The service at the hotel was out of this world, especially with English language support available, but the high prices for certain services like dry cleaning and porter staff were a bit of a letdown. The location was excellent, offering free snacks and drinks all day and being a short walk from Tokyo station; The dining experience, with very limited breakfast options that might not suit all tastes, was another disappointment, although the fried fish was tasty. On the bright side, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything one could need for a comfortable stay.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious, with a deep Japanese bath tub, but the air is slightly dry even with the aircon off. The complimentary drinks and variety of Japanese treats were a nice touch. However, the service lacked professionalism and language proficiency. The location is convenient, close to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace, but situated in a corporate area. The dining options were limited to Japanese and western choices, presented in charming bento boxes. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a range of services.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms are excellent, with luxurious furnishings and unique features like a TV hidden behind a mirror and an opaque glass bathroom. However, the service left something to be desired with English proficiency lacking. The location is convenient but slightly out of the way. The dining options were limited but presented beautifully. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.
